These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules for using our website and buying from Zova Fashion.

This website, zovafashion.com (the "Site"), is run by Zova Fashion, which is operated by Wessies Retail. In these Terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Zova Fashion. "You" means anyone who uses the Site, whether you are browsing, buying or sending us content.

We offer the Site, including all information, tools and services on it (together, the "Service"), on the condition that you accept these Terms and the policies and notices they refer to, including those linked on this page.

By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before you shop. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.

Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where it applies. Any delivery costs are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.

We may change our prices at any time, but any change will not affect an order we have already confirmed. We may also change, pause or stop any part of the Site or the Service at any time.

Products

Some products are only available online and may be in limited stock. We do our best to show the colours and details of our products as accurately as possible, but the colour you see may vary slightly depending on your screen.

By placing an order, you accept the delivery times described in our Shipping Policy and the return conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.

Orders and Your Contract With Us

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it. This does not yet mean we have accepted your order. Your order is accepted, and a contract between you and us is formed, when we email you to confirm that your order has been shipped.

You have a 24-hour cancellation window. Please contact our support team as soon as possible at info@zovafashion.com. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will cancel your order and give you a full refund. After that, you can return it under our Return & Refund Policy.

We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is out of stock, if there is an obvious pricing error, or if we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after you have paid, we will let you know and give you a full refund as soon as possible.

Billing Information

You agree to give us accurate, complete and up-to-date details for every order, including your name, email address, delivery address and payment details, so we can process and deliver your order.

Optional Tools

We may give you access to tools provided by other companies, which we do not monitor or control. These tools are provided "as is". If you choose to use them, you do so at your own discretion and should read the terms of the company that provides them.

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these Terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or for business losses, as our products are for personal use only.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot be limited or excluded under UK law.

Your Responsibility to Us

If you break these Terms or the law when using the Site, and this causes us loss (including reasonable legal costs or claims from others), you may be responsible for that loss. This does not affect your legal rights as a consumer.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be removed and the rest of these Terms will still apply.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. This means any dispute about these Terms or your order will be dealt with by the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring a claim in your local courts, and you keep the protection of any consumer laws that apply where you live.

You can read the latest version of these Terms on this page at any time. We may update them from time to time by posting a new version on the Site and changing the "Last updated" date at the top. Changes will not affect orders you have already placed.
